It took a decade, but finally the joy of summer shines through 1000’s of layers of acrylic to create a dimensionality that tells an unseen story of life, love, laughter, and growing up.

The subtle nods to Summerfest were not intentional at all, but now I can’t ignore them. It’s time to let someone else love this painting in their space

Both are stretched canvas with acrylic paint. I build and stretch everything myself at my studio. I use premium kiln dried pine and Utrecht acyllic to ensure museum quality that will last a lifetime

I painted both to look beautiful in natural light, but they also come backlit using a Phillips Hue lightstrip to enhance the night time viewing experience. I will help setup, but an outlet behind the painting is ideal for a seamless look

I will have you sign a contract with a re-sale price that I can buy the painting back at any time in case I need it for exhibitions. If you want to re-sell it please inform me beforehand and we will work something out.
